Personnel Placements has a great team of temporary workers who are available to help your business at short notice. If you find yourself overloaded or needing to get an order out on time but don’t have the people within your organisation to help we can support you.

All of our temporary workers are interviewed face to face at our offices and their skills and experienced assessed to ensure we provide you with the right people with the right experience and the ability to complete the work you need to get done.

Our temporary workers are available for a few hours or on an ongoing basis and so can also help with sickness and holiday cover or whilst you recruit permanently. We have a large database of candidates but if we don’t have a candidate with the ideal skills immediately available we can advertise straight away both online, via our website and on social media and on the local radio, completely free of charge.

Temporary staff are employed by us and are paid per hour, weekly in arrears. All we ask is that you check and sign their timesheet to confirm their hours and we do the rest. We take care of payroll, tax and National Insurance and any pension contributions, invoicing you on a weekly basis.

Candidates that join your team on a temporary basis often make a real difference and many of our clients decide to employ them permanently. Others become their “go to temp” who supports them during school holidays or when the workload gets too much and they just need a few days to get back on top of things and reduce pressure on the rest of the team.
