We were really proud to see our Director and Owner of Personnel Placements Recruitment Agency Keith Hanson receive a Lifetime Achievement Award at this year’s Business Excellence Awards held by the Salisbury Chamber of Commerce and Salisbury Business Improvement District (BID).
He was presented the award by Councillor Mr Tom Corbin, The Right Worshipful the Mayor of the City of Salisbury and is pictured here with the BID team Robin, Dan and Ellie.
Keith came to Salisbury over 40 years ago and set up Personnel Placements Recruitment Agency in April 1986 and is also an HR Specialist advising clients on HR policies and best practice. He is a member of MCIPD and started Hanson Chase Consulting Ltd in December 1995.
Personnel Placements is a founding member of TEAM Network – the Employment Agencies Movement and Keith is part of their National Executive. He was part of the original group of a handful of independent agency owners that set up TEAM to work together to help a wider group of job seekers and support businesses in different parts of the country – the TEAM membership is now over 600 agencies.
As well as his recent years as Chair of the Board of Salisbury BID, leading the BID to a record breaking ballot in 2019, he has also been involved with the Chamber of Commerce for over 30 years and was a Director of the Chamber for 7.5 years.
Keith works with many businesses in Salisbury and other parts of the UK, supporting them with HR, training and staff development.
Keith has always been a proactive, supportive and encouraging lead at Personnel Placements and is hugely respected by his team here.
