We have been fundraising for Salisbury Hospitals Stars Appeal to support Lynne to is trekking the Great Wall of China next year for the charity. The Team at PP and family and friends have been gathering to catch up over tea and cake and we’ve added an amazing £1020 to Lynne’s fundraising total!
On Friday 29th and Saturday 30th June we held our Coffee Morning/Afternoons with Lucy setting up her Pop Up Cafe in the Woodford Valley with 50% of takings donated to The Stars Appeal.
Lynne travelled around with Zhu Zhu the Panda to cheer everyone on and take “Panda Selfies”.
On Saturday 14th July Lynne held her own ‘mini fete’ at home where neighbours joined her to cream teas and coffee and cake.
We have had such great support and can’t thank everyone who came along enough. Lynne’s total is now at £3700 and she hopes to get to £5000 before the start of her trek in April next year.
